High School Counselor Workshop Cancellation

The Undergraduate Admissions Office regrets to announce the cancellation of the 2020 High School Counselor Workshop. This cancellation is necessary to assist in the public effort to reduce the potential spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Please be on the lookout for a Facebook Live specific to High School Counselors.

The Kennesaw State Office of Undergraduate Admissions sponsors an intensive two-day seminar designed to educate the professional school counselor in Georgia High Schools about the admissions criteria and processes into Georgia’s colleges and universities.

  • HSCW presentations will be posted by the end of May 2020

  • If you are perusing the HSCW certificate, you must be in attendance for BOTH days of the workshop. There will be sign-in and sign-out sheets for you to log your attendance. The certificate will be mailed to those who attended BOTH days of the workshop by the end of May 2020.

If you must cancel your reservation for the workshop, please do so by emailing Caitlin West at cwest39@kennesaw.edu.

No refunds will be issued after April 10, 2020.

  • Keeping you and our faculty, staff, and students safe is of utmost importance to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. During the course of the year, Kennesaw State University may decide to close the campus or operate on a delayed schedule in cases of inclement weather. When Kennesaw State University is closed, all Admissions Events and Campus Tours will be canceled.

The University will announce campus closures several ways. The easiest way to receive the information is by viewing the Kennesaw State University website. The Admissions Office will attempt to contact you via email and phone should your visit to the University be canceled.
